Richard is amazing! He’s a straightforward guy and gets to the point compared to a lot of consultants I’ve worked with in the past. He’s got nothing to hide and is open to everything. He has never failed to find job roles for me and always messages me about it first to see if I’m up for it (never forces me to do it). In terms of pay, this guy is very good at negotiating rates and making sure that you’re happy with it before anything goes ahead. He would never mug you off! Excellent agency and a great guy to work with! Highly recommended!
