LTF Recruitment are delighted to have partnered up with the Flying High Trust. We will be working in partnership to offer places onto the Flying High Trust’s OFSTED graded ‘Outstanding’ teacher training programme. The trust are based across the East Midlands. The teacher training programme will run between September and July each academic year. You will be provided with a mentor in school and 95% of your time will be based in placement schools. The trust have an outstanding record of securing their trainees permanent jobs at the end of the training. As part of this programme, you will be awarded qualified teacher status (QTS) at the end of the year.

In addition to the teacher training, the trusts are also able to offer paid placements for some candidates in the run up to the beginning of teacher training. Between May and July, LTF Recruitment will prioritise and place those candidates enrolled into the teacher training into paid placements within a local school that is part of the Flying High Trust.

The only requirement to be able to apply for this programme is that you must hold an undergraduate degree.
