The Role:
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN), tailoring support methods to meet diverse needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to effectively support students
- Monitor student progress, supporting them to reach targets
- Demonstrate effective behaviour management skills
- Support with creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an education setting
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
- A commitment to contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- An enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this role
