Are you skilled in supporting young learners with SEMH & SEN needs?
LTF Recruitment is searching for a caring and nurturing teaching assistant to join our two-form entry, Ofsted-rated Good school in Bedworth.
The Role:
You will support the teaching and learning of a Key Stage Two class alongside the teacher. This includes assisting the whole class and providing tailored support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs. The children require a teaching assistant who can combine emotional sensitivity with firm expectations and boundaries.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH and SEN needs.
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months’ experience in an educational setting.
- Strong behaviour management techniques.
- Skilled in 1:1 student support.
- Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
- Calm, patient, and caring with excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
