LTF Recruitment is delighted to announce a new opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant, ready for an immediate commencement. This full-time role spans the duration of the academic year, and there is a possibility of permanent placement for the ideal candidate.

We are in search of a Teaching Assistant who is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and educational assistance to children in the Chesterfield area. The perfect candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and the capability to engage effectively with young learners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing dedicated support to pupils in the EYFS unit, aged 3-5.
  • Fostering a learning-through-play environment, making the most of outdoor spaces.
  • Collaborating closely with the class teacher to provide feedback on student progress.
  • Assisting children in their learning journey.
  • Offering guidance and support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • A relevant degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Willingness to contribute positively to the broader EYFS team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
