Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bromley| Pay: £94 – £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Individual and Group Support: Provide targeted help to students, whether one-to-one or in small groups, focusing on those needing extra assistance.
- Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour and address challenges in the classroom.
- Resource Preparation: Help prepare and organise learning materials to create an engaging classroom environment.
- Supervision: Ensure student safety during lessons, breaks, and activities.
- SEN Support: Assist students with special educational needs (SEN), adjusting methods to meet their needs.
- Communication: Liaise with parents, teachers, and staff to provide the best support for students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Teaching Assistant qualifications are a plus).
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for helping children succeed.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
