Weekly Take Home: £370-£400 (after deductions)
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an ‘OFSTED Good’ primary school in Woodgate, Birmingham. This fulfilling role involves working 2:1 with children with SEN in Key Stage One, helping them thrive academically and socially.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with SEN, including ADHD, ASD, and physical impairments.
  • Skilled at supporting learning and social development.
  • Effective in providing 2:1 or small-group support.
  • Proficient in behaviour management to create a safe learning environment.
  • Confident in tracking and reporting student progress.
  • Enthusiastic about professional development and upskilling.
  • Holds a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
