Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an ‘OFSTED Good’ primary school in Woodgate, Birmingham. This fulfilling role involves working 2:1 with children with SEN in Key Stage One, helping them thrive academically and socially.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with SEN, including ADHD, ASD, and physical impairments.
- Skilled at supporting learning and social development.
- Effective in providing 2:1 or small-group support.
- Proficient in behaviour management to create a safe learning environment.
- Confident in tracking and reporting student progress.
- Enthusiastic about professional development and upskilling.
- Holds a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS and the right to work in the UK.
