SEN Teaching Assistant

- Days-Monday to Friday
- Hours-8:30am to 3:30pm
- Contract-Temp to Perm

LTF Recruitment are looking for a patient and nurturing 1:1 SEN teaching assistant to work in our Primary school in the Allesley area.
This role will involve supporting a child with SEN in Year Two. The role is a highly rewarding role helping to support the child to reintegrate back into the classroom and meet EHCP targets. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the successful candidate.
The Ideal candidate:
- Has experience supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and working towards EHCP targets.
- Has previous experience working in a school environment
- Have strong behaviour management techniques and experience with challenging behaviour (Team Teach trained desirable)
- Has TA qualifications or relevant degree.
- Can work as part of a team.
- Has a sound understanding of the UK Key Stage One Curriculum
