SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: West Bridgford – NG2
Salary: £85-100 Per Day D.O.E
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm – term time only
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching assistant to join the team in a partner school located in West Bridgford. Our incredible partner school is a dedicated community committed to providing quality education in an inclusive environment. They diversity and believe in fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve working closely with class teachers to implement individualised education plans. You will offer support in various classroom activities and collaborate with fellow staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating the social and behavioural development of students.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
- Strong communication skills.
