SEN Teaching Assistant | Walsall, WS3 | £90 – £105 per day | September 2024
LTF Recruitment is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive partner primary school in Bloxwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to make a positive impact on the development and progress of students needing additional classroom support. The position is long-term, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
The Role:
- Providing tailored support to SEN students in both one-to-one and small group settings as required.
- Working closely with the team to implement inclusive strategies that cater to the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of each student.
- Encouraging active participation and engagement in the learning process.
- Leading small group intervention sessions and offering focused phonics support.
- Ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential within a nurturing and supportive environment.
What we are looking for:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- Proven experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A strong commitment to helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
