SEN Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B10 | £90 – £105 per day | September 2024

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our partner primary school in the Small Heath area. This full-time position, starting in September and continuing throughout the academic year, offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the educational progress and success of students requiring additional support. For the right candidate, there is potential for this role to become permanent.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Encourage active participation and engagement in the learning process.
  • Support students’ overall wellbeing through targeted interventions that aid their learning and development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree.
  • Have experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Have a passion for helping children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
