The Role – Teacher
- Assess if learning objectives have been achieved
- Evaluate pupil performance in line with National Curriculum standards
- Be responsible for an aspect of the curriculum
- Provide regular written and verbal feedback
- Maintain a creative learning environment for all pupils
- Establish a strong working relationship with colleagues
- Identify pupils who may have learning needs and implement appropriate plans

Teacher – Person Specification
- UK Qualified Teacher Status or relevant degree
- Experience of working in a UK secondary school essential
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
