About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Primary Teacher to join a Good-rated Ofsted primary school in the DE7 area. This full-time role is focused on teaching Year 4, creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Ideal for ECTs or teachers with HLTA experience, this position offers a great opportunity for professional growth in a welcoming, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Year 4 Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Year 4 students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure student success and well-being.
- Supportive Classroom Management: Uphold school policies, maintaining a respectful and encouraging environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Primary Teaching Experience: ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Knowledge of the National Curriculum: Particularly for Key Stage 2.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
