The school is keen on appointing a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant to join their committed support staff, catering to students from EYFS to KS2 and aiding them in their continuous learning journey. Ideal candidates will have experience working with student groups requiring additional support, enabling them to connect and communicate effectively with young learners.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with KS1/2 students requiring intervention.
  • Assisting in delivering customized interventions in subjects such as English and Maths.
  • Evaluating the academic performance and progress of students and providing feedback to the classroom teacher.
  • Addressing a diverse range of learning styles and abilities within the EYFS or KS1/2 age range.
  • Engaging with parents and guardians.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a relevant qualification.
  • Be a collaborative team member.
  • Have prior experience working in a Primary school.
