Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Enfield, seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their support team. The school has a significant number of students with special educational needs (SEN), so the role will primarily involve providing 1:1 support to students requiring additional help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
- Engage SEN students and encourage their participation in classroom activities.
- Assist with reading, writing, and other key learning tasks.
- Support the class teacher in lesson planning and classroom management.
Ideal Candidate:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children (school experience is desirable but not essential).
- Strong understanding of special educational needs.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
