Are you a recent graduate or a Subject Secondary Teacher (ECT) looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Join our dynamic team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and embark on a rewarding journey in secondary education.
Responsibilities: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff and contributing to the educational development of our primary students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing one-on-one or small-group support to students.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute to the development of engaging and creative teaching materials.
- Mentorship: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment while offering support and encouragement to students.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assist in grading assignments and providing constructive feedback.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education (ECTs or candidates with a psychology background are encouraged to apply).
- A passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of secondary education.
