EYFS Teaching Assistant.

Duration: Long-term to Permanent

LTF Recruitment is currently hiring on behalf of a wonderful Primary School, located in Kingston Upon Thames, London. The school is looking for a creative individual to support young children in their early years of study as an EYFS Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess Level 3 TA Qualifications or equivalent.
The main duties will consist of:
- Providing pupils with creative and playful learning environments.
- Work closely with children who have SEN and require additional 1:1 support.
- Supervise and engage in learning and play activities.
- Collaborating and assisting the class teacher and other members of staff.
- Interacting with pupils according to individual needs.
About you:
- Remain calm and confident when managing challenging behaviours.
- Be passionate, supportive, and engaged with the learning and development of early years study.
- Level 3 TA Qualifications or valuable previous experience.
- A strong sense of commitment to providing children with appropriate, fun learning environments.
