We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant with a genuine commitment to delivering top-tier childcare and educational support to children within the Leicester area. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with young learners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing dedicated support to pupils in the EYFS unit, aged 3-5.
- Fostering a learning-through-play environment, making the most of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborating closely with the class teacher to provide feedback on student progress.
- Assisting children in their learning journey.
- Offering guidance and support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A relevant degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Desirable experience working within an EYFS setting.
