Your Role:
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment where little ones feel safe to explore and learn.
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Work closely with children who have special educational needs, helping them thrive.
- Assist in the preparation of resources and materials to create an inspiring learning environment.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, sharing insights with the teacher to tailor support effectively.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting is desirable, but a love for learning is essential.
- A team player who can adapt quickly to the needs of the classroom.
- Excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
