LTF Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in the Coventry area. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment, as well as planning and delivering lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideally holds QTS, EYTS, or a relevant degree.
- Experience in planning and leading lessons within the EYFS framework.
- Passionate about working with children, with strong classroom behaviour management skills.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures.
- A strong team player, willing to collaborate effectively with both the departmental and pastoral teams.
- Experience in differentiating lessons to support children with SEN.
Main Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and plans.
- Create a fun, positive, and stimulating learning environment, utilising available resources effectively.
- Assess, monitor, record, and report on pupils’ learning needs, progress, and achievements, making productive and accurate use of assessment.
- Adapt lesson planning to accommodate the diverse needs of students within the class.
