Your Role:
- Work one-on-one with students who need extra support in managing their behavior.
- Develop and implement behavior management plans that promote positive outcomes.
- Supporting within the schools provision with groups of students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.

- You have a strong background in behavior management and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Experience in a similar role or environment is essential.
