Richard Beaumont

Richard Beaumont

Managing Director & Head of London Primary Recruitment

Richard founded LTF in 2017 and currently supports primary schools in London with their staffing of: teachers, teaching assistants, learning mentors, office staff and senior leaders. Richard has placed over 300 staff into new roles, of which a large percentage have moved over to permanent contracts with the school.

Laura Trapp

Divisional Manager & Senior Primary Consultant

Laura joined the LTF in October 2020. Laura is the senior consultant for West Midlands Primary as well as being the Divisional Manager.  Laura works with primary schools across the midlands to help support the recruitment for Teachers, TAs, and Senior Leadership. Prior to recruitment, Laura spent over 5 years teaching in schools across the Midlands.

Senior Primary Consultant

Ahmed joined the LTF recruitment Team in June 2021 as a Primary Consultant for South London.  With his experience of working within the Education Recruitment for over 3 years, Ahmed has built up strong relationships with schools in London, who are always looking to recruit the best talent to work in their primary schools. He will be supporting the team going forward with recruitment effort for Primary schools across South London.

James Cullingworth

James Cullingworth

Senior Secondary Consultant

James joined the company in December 2021 and currently supports Secondary Schools across the whole of the Midlands and will be specialising in the recruitment and placement of candidates coming with strong experience and relevant qualifications. Prior to starting a career in recruitment, James worked in both Secondary and FE environments as a PE Teacher since 2012.

Resourcing Team Leader

Hugh joined LTF Recruitment in January 2022 and is the Resourcing Team Leader. Hugh is responsible for the training and management of our Candidate Resourcers, as well as supporting the team with the recruitment efforts for Primary schools across London, specialising in recruiting Qualified Teachers and TA’s. Prior to working in recruitment Hugh, was working for 6 years in Customer services and Specialist Support for vulnerable people and utilises the communication skills he developed to support his candidates secure the best positions for them.

Tim Anstey

Tim Anstey

Secondary Consultant

Tim joined the LTF recruitment team in November 2022 and is a Midlands Secondary Consultant. Prior to recruitment, Tim gained over 7 years’ experience working in a school environment. A qualified teacher with a wide variety of experiences, he has worked in Spain as well as in schools across the UK. Tim’s broad knowledge of education makes him well placed to recruit for Secondary Schools, specialising in Qualified Teachers, TA’s and Behaviour Mentors.

Scott Marsh

London Primary Consultant

Scott joined the LTF Recruitment team in February 2023 and works as a Recruitment Consultant for North East London. Previously, Scott worked within Primary and Secondary schools as a sports coach and has completed a Primary Education degree before working as a supply teacher. Scott will be supporting the rest of the team to recruit candidates for Primary schools.

Matthew Yates

SEN Consultant

Matt joined LTF Recruitment in March 2023 and works as a SEN Recruitment Consultant across the Midlands . Matt is responsible for supporting the Midlands team’s recruitment efforts for teachers and support staff in SEN schools. After working in Education for the last 18 months as a Behaviour Mentor in a secondary school, Matt started a new career in recruitment, looking to utilise the knowledge gained from working within the education sector to help secure candidates the best roles for them.

Alex joined LTF Recruitment in March 2023 and works as a Primary Recruitment Consultant for the West Midlands team. Being new to recruitment, Alex is keen to learn off the team and develop skills to best support his candidates and clients within education. Previously, Alex worked in estate agency for over 7 years and utilises the communication and customer service skills he developed to support his candidates secure the best positions for them.

Adam joined LTF recruitment as an SEN consultant in April 2023. Adam is responsible for supporting SEN schools across the Midlands. With over 10 years of experience as a Teacher and Senior Leader, Adam is looking to utilise his varied skillset to forge a successful career in education recruitment. With a proven track record of success in the education sector, he hopes to use his knowledge and experience to help others build a successful career in teaching.

Liam Rogers

East Midlands Primary Consultant

Liam joined LTF recruitment as a Midlands Primary Consultant in September 2023. Liam is responsible for supporting The East Midlands recruitment for teachers and support staff. As a qualified primary school teacher, Liam has accumulated over 15 years’ experience of working within schools, both in the UK and China. Having worked in a variety of different schools, Liam is looking forward to working with candidates and schools, building positive relationships and being a valuable member of the team.

Millie Facey

Candidate Resourcer

Millie joined the LTF Recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer in September 2023. Millie’s role is to support in the recruitment of candidates in primary, secondary and SEN schools in the Midlands. Previously, Millie completed a degree in Education with Psychology and Counselling leading to her working as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school. Using the knowledge and skills gained from this, Millie hopes to support others searching for roles within the education sector.

Tom Higgs

Tom Higgs

East Midlands Primary Consultant

Tom joined the team in October 2023. He is a consultant for Primary Education for the East Midlands focusing on the Nottinghamshire area. Tom has previously completed a Chemistry Degree which led to him gaining a PGCE in Secondary Science Education. Using the knowledge and experience gained in this time Tom has shifted his focus to support the recruitment of Teachers and TA’s across Nottinghamshire.
